In February 2021, I assumed Interim Director of Social Media for JUV Consulting. In this role, I managed Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, led a TikTok team, and created analytics reports. During this time, JUV saw the biggest spike in growth over socials in the company's 5-year history. With multiple viral videos, and increased engagement. I was able to cultivate and maintain an online community in 6 months.

Increased sign ups for JUV's Screenshot Newsletter, totaling 3,000 subscribers.
Here are three posts that performed extremely well. Note, the post in the center is a post from my Podcast, Big Fish: Sink or Swim, with only 200 followers.
As the IG algorithm evolved and prioritized save-able and shareable content, I pivoted my strategy to incorporate content that prompted people to save and share. All three of these posts performed well because they offered followers information and hot takes other platforms did not take advantage of.

ONE | A Potter's House Church is a global movement led by Pastors Touré Roberts and Sarah Jakes Roberts. As the Social Media Manager, I ideate, execute, and perform social analytics for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. I also had the pleasure of launching the very first TikTok account of any Potter's House church under Bishop TD Jakes church!
